The Antrobus Arms is a country pub in Cheshire, and the sister site to the George & Dragon, the second for Uphouse Pub. With the values from the George & Dragon, the Antrobus Arms extends its inviting welcome to both customers and staff. It offers both a fine dining experience with that homely feel pub feel, with quality at the centre.
BRIEF:
The brief was to build a unified online presence for both pubs, establishing appropriate marketing channels, creating and executing campaigns, manage the socials and to create content closer to home. Some work included re-designing and creating the website, designing mailer campaigns and creating content.
RESPONSIVE WEB DESIGN
I created both websites through teaching myself WordPress.org. It was important to re-design both sites with a more modern aesthetic and in keeping with the brand, to build a unified online identity. The redesign also took a more considered approach to more user-friendly experience, to help convert viewers into bookings and to provide improved readability for the online menus.
PRINT & PHOTOGRAPHY
Alongside the website work, I created large scale banners for key events and occasions as well as printed mailers, menu design, photography and emails, to support wider campaigns.
DIGITAL & SOCIAL
Work would also include designing digital assets for online and socials, for planned campaigns and events. When creating for social, it was always important to illustrate a story. Our socials would be there to keep customers in the loop, showcase our products and give insight into some behind the scenes. Our goal was to really grow a community and keep them informed with our latest news.
